Last week we successfully held our Capital Markets Day 2021 in Zurich. We reported to a large number of investors and other stakeholders the consistently high demand for offices in prime locations, the flexibilisation of space and our sustainability initiatives. The properties visited, JED, Müllerstrasse, Leuenhof and Fraumünsterpost, were perfectly suited to illustrate most of the new customer requirements. Capital Markets Day 2021

This year's event was attended by key stakeholders from Switzerland and abroad. During the full-day event, Swiss Prime Site presented how the company intends to become the preferred investment platform for real estate investments. The results of the tenant survey and the new capital management principles were also in the spotlight.

Swiss Prime Solutions launches first real estate investment fund

The subscription period for the Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial, the first real estate investment fund from Swiss Prime Site Solutions, began on 1 November 2021. The fund is aimed at qualified investors in Switzerland and is open for subscriptions until 10 December 2021. A listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange is planned in three to five years.

An announcement, an ambition

Swiss Prime Site has identified decarbonisation as a strategic issue with economic, ecological and social implications and has addressed it as part of its corporate strategy. The objective of a climate-neutral real estate portfolio by 2040 requires a multifaceted strategy, which is already being implemented at projects like Müllerstrasse in Zurich.

The general digitalisation of society and the associated need for flexible solutions for a comfortable as well as modern working day has a considerable influence on the real estate market. The imminent completion of the currently largest development project of Swiss Prime Site Immobilien – Espace Tourbillon – is approaching with rapid pace. YOND honoured with «award for good buildings in the City of Zurich»

For around 70 years, the City of Zurich has honoured the best objects, buildings and facilities on the city's territory with the «Award for Good Buildings in the City of Zurich». With this award, the city promotes a diverse and high-quality building culture. Among the twelve projects is the YOND building by Swiss Prime Site, which reflects the spirit of the time in terms of flexibility.
