A year marked by changes is coming to an end. With the necessary portion of flexibility and agility, we were able to achieve numerous milestones and goals this year. With Akara Group, we recently made a promising acquisition. This purchase significantly strengthens and expands our comprehensive real estate investment platform. In addition, a new financing strategy was adopted and implemented, innovative real estate products were introduced and the 10th anniversary of the Prime Tower was celebrated! Right on time for Advent, Jelmoli was wrapped in a festive dress. As the «Christmas Factory», the building is currently lighting up the spirits.
In line with our credo «We create living spaces», this year we are supporting the SOS Kinderdorf organization. We are donating CHF 1 per newly rented square metre of space, which has raised a total of CHF 100 000. This funds will be used to renovate and furnish school buildings in the project countries and to enable children in need to attend regular classes.
