Sustainably there for our customers!
Dear Sir or Madam
Our goal is to be climate-neutral by 2040. In order to achieve this, Swiss Prime Site is investing in the energy efficiency of its portfolio and is examining the concept of circular economy wherever possible in its projects.

Every day, we are committed to following the defined reduction pathway and making it a reality. In our first Green Bond Report, we disclose on how we have invested the CHF 600 million raised in sustainable projects and properties. We maintain partnerships and enter into cooperations with innovative young companies, from which forward-looking business cases emerge. The recent Accelerator Workshop focused on decarbonization, net zero, and buildings as power plants. Another key requirement for achieving our climate targets is to raise sustainability standards within our portfolio. One approach to this is the introduction of green leases. We are also promoting e-mobility wherever possible. One example is the Shopping Arena in St. Gallen, where 56 e-charging stations were recently opened. Our participation in this year's Global Real Estate Run was a great success. In good weather, 16 employees completed a distance of six kilometers. The «Grow my Tree» organization will plant a tree for every kilometer run.

Further news on our projects and an interview with our CEO, René Zahnd, round off our pre-summer newsletter. We wish you an exciting read!
