We were able to successfully conclude the 2022 financial year. With Reto Conrad, a new member was elected to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting. Now, after Q1 2023, we can look back on a number of important milestones. Characteristic of these are the intended changes to our corporate structure and, related to this, the transformation of the Jelmoli House as well as the sale of Wincasa. We are now focusing our strategy even more on two strong pillars: on the one hand, real estate, where we directly hold and develop properties, and on the other hand, asset management, where we additionally invest client assets in real estate through Swiss Prime Site Solutions. Attractive new rental contracts show that demand for good quality and excellently located office space remains high.

In keeping with our credo «we create living spaces», we again participated in the Global Real Estate Run. We will plant one tree for every kilometer run. With 75 participants, this brings the total number of trees we will plant in the regional forest to 450.

Modernization and repositioning of the Jelmoli building
The Jelmoli building on Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse will be converted and sustainably developed in 2025/2026. In this context, it is planned to adapt the retail space to current market demands, to add new types of use and to reposition the building. The reopening of the completely refurbished property is scheduled for the beginning of 2027.

Selling Wincasa to Implenia
Wincasa, part of the Swiss Prime Site Group for around ten years, is expected to be transferred to its new owner, Implenia, in the 2nd quarter 2023. Operations will continue seamlessly. We would like to express our sincere thanks to all employees of Wincasa for their consistently good cooperation.

75 of our employees took part in the Global Real Estate Run and covered a 6-km distance. With this great action we not only did something for body and soul, but also for our environment. For every kilometer run, one tree is planted. We will plant the 450 trees together on a «tree planting day» in the regional forest.

The 19th Swiss Prime Site Start-up Accelerator Workshop was all about PropTech. The finalists were given the opportunity to develop application examples for the Swiss Prime Site Group and present them to the management. HDI moved into its new Swiss headquarters in the Prime Tower around five months ago. Commitment with YES
Our youth is important to us! We support them through our active partnership with the non-profit organization YES (Young Enterprise Switzerland). Our CEO, René Zahnd, was on the jury at the national final of «Jugend debattiert» in Bern. In addition, in preparation for the national trade fair, we actively supported 44 mini-companies in 1:1 coaching sessions on the design of their trade fair stand.

At the Annual General Meeting in Zug, the shareholders elected Reto Conrad as a new member of the Board of Directors. We congratulate him warmly on his election! He will become a member of the Audit and Investment Committee. The members of the Board of Directors were re-elected and all other items on the agenda were approved.
